AV 214 Boiler Water Treatment, Chemical liquid that is used as a corrosion prevention agent and water scale at the time of operation of the boiler and at the same time provides a film layer on the boiler material from the corrosive nature of the boiler operation.

HOW TO USE

1. BWT 214 is used for low to medium pressure (0 – 30 Kg / cm²) steam boilers.
2. AV 214 can completely soften boiler water by means of hardness salts which will be converted into sludge and will control the alkalinity of boiler water so that it can be useful for preventing corrosion.
3. The content of phosphate compounds in AV 214 will form a thin layer on the metal surface so that it functions as anti-corrosion and prevents the possibility of mud sticking to the metal walls.

DOSE

• Use a starting dose of 0.3 ltr. AV 214 for every 1000 liters of boiler water volume.
• Then use a further dose of 20 – 50 ppm to the feed water. For use in steam systems, use a dose of 20 – 50 ppm against the feed water flow.
• AV 214 can be dissolved in water with a ratio of 1: 10, to put AV 214 into the kettle a 10% v / v solution can be made.

STORAGE AND WORKING SAFETY

• Stored in a cool and not damp.
• Cover tightly and keep out of contamination with air.
• During work, wear gloves, masks, and protective glasses.
• Prevent direct contact with skin, if contact with skin immediately flush with plenty of water.
