AV 406 Solvent degreaser Emulsion Oil

AV 406 Solvent degreaser  is a concentrated self emulsifying cleaner degreaser which effectively removes greases, oils, carbon and other soils from machinery’s, tools, parts, compressors, radiators and others surfaces. AV 406 is a highly concentrated degreaser that cleans by penetration and emulsification. It is non-caustic, non acidic and does not affect painted surfaces. Through its emulsion activities, AV 406 remove oil and the resultant emulsion do not stain or stick along the drains.

Properties  :

Solvent emulsifier liquid with penetrating properties of hydrocarbons and surfactants. Bio degradable, AV 406 contains corrosion inhibitors. Its neutral properties coupled with a high flash point make it SAFE for use.

Direction  :

AV 406 can be used as concentrated or diluted. Either soaking or spray on method may be used.

1. AV 406 may be mixed with kerosene, diesel, or petroleum solvent.
   Dilute one parts of AV 406 with four parts of either one of the above solvents and allow it to penetrate the surface for about 3 – 5 minutes. Then rinse with water (preferably using a pressure nozzle or hose).
2. Immersion cleaning method for cold degreasing immerse the part / parts to be cleaned into AV 406 solution (concentrated or diluted). Allow part(s) to soak for 10 minutes, then hose off with a spray jet of water.
