- pH (1% Solution) …………………… .. 11.0
- Other properties ………………………………… Does not burn, does not evaporate
HOW TO USE
- ON THE BOILER
- Used in cleansers to remove dirt caused by grease, silica or sulfate. Fill the boiler with water and heat it to 50 º C – 90 º C. Circulate 6 – 12 hours of a 13% – 15% specific gravity solution. After the operation, remove the solution above and rinse with cold water, so that the neutral pH = 7.0.
- SOAKING TUB
- Enter the items to be cleaned into the soaking tub. Spray with 8% – 9% specific weight of the solution. Soak these items with AVS 23 solution for a while. Remove AVS 23 solution then brush and rinse with pressurized water until clean and neutral.
- AVS GENERAL CLEANER 23
- Can be used as a floor cleaner. Flush AVS 23 on the places to be cleaned. Splash with warm water, brush the place, then rinse with water until it is clean and neutral.
- TANK
- The initial stage is recommended to wash the tank with hot water 50º C – 90º C for ± 2 – 4 hours. Circulate warm water 1% of that capacity with water until it is clean and neutral.
SECURITY
During work, wear gloves, masks and protective glasses. Prevent direct skin contact, inhalation or ingestion. If in contact with skin, immediately rinse with water.
