AV 216 CWT 4022 ALBIOCIDE Chemical liquid which is designed as cooling treatment of Cooling Tower to prevent algae growth and micro organism growth.

To control the growth of sulfate reducing bacteria in water flow processing systems in oil refineries such as brine systems, incoming flow systems, water storage systems, drain well systems and others, doses between 40 – 70 ppm are used.

For cooling water systems in order to control the growth of algae, bacteria and fungi, an initial dose of 100 – 300 ppm is used, and then a routine dose of 40 – 150 ppm, which is fed every 1 – 3 days. The initial dose for the air washing water system is 20 – 50 ppm and the regular dose of 20 – 50 ppm is fed once every 2 days.

Used to control growth:

• Sulfate reducing bacteria in the petrochemical industry and oil refining.
• Lichens, bacteria and mold in the cooling water system recirculate.
• Bacteria in the air washing system.

SPECIFICATION

• Shape …. Light yellow liquid.
• Density at 25 º C ….. 1.15 g / ml.
• pH 100 ppm in distilled water ….. 6 – 8.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

• When not in use, cover tightly and keep out of contact with other chemicals.
• During work, wear protective gloves and glasses.
• Avoid direct contact with eyes and coolies. If in contact with skin / eyes, wash with plenty of water.
• Call your doctor if you are worried.
