AV 102 P Scale Remover Powder

AV 102 P A special formula in powder form to be used as a descaling cleaner, either from Ca + or Mg + or sea water crust, for use in boilers, cooling towers, rusty pipes, coolers, etc. Can be mixed with water and does not contain hydrochloric acid. Safe to use against all types of metals including aluminum, zinc and non-metals.

USER GUIDE

• Dissolve 2 – 9% AV 102 P in water, the temperature is 70º C (especially if the scale contains a lot of calcium) and circulate it into the water side of the system to be cleaned for approximately 8 hours.
• AV 102 P is very effective for removing scale, including those containing silicates and accelerating the process of dissolving rust.
• The solution is removed by rinsing with clean water so that the rinse water is the same as the rinsing water. Furthermore, the system is neutralized with an alkaline solution.
• For small items that are not possible with the circulation method, immerse in AV 102 P solution in a soaking bath at 70ºC.
• It is recommended to circulate AV 102 P solution at 70º C in a soaking bath, to speed up the cleaning process.

Note:

After the chemical cleaning process, the cleaned surface is free from scale and rust, becoming active against corrosion insects. For this it is necessary to pacify the surface. Passivation can be done for example by using a NETRALIZER, while for steam boilers, special pacification is carried out with other chemical compounds.
